POLICIES


We care about our clients and ask for the same in return. Our stylists work on commission and scheduled time slots. These policies are active to compensate for their loss of time and income. 


All clients have a 10 minute grace period for being late. After 10 minutes you will kindly be asked to reschedule or your time will need to be cut short.


All cancellations are to be done 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. After 24 hours you will be invoiced for 50% of your scheduled service. No Call/No Show will not be tolerated and will also result in an invoice for services skipped that will need to be paid before allowing another service to be scheduled.


Price will vary based on hair type, texture, length, and thickness along with complexity and time required to complete the service. Listed prices are starting base and an addition $10 will be added for every additional ounce of product. All larger appointments will require a deposit to schedule.


We are a child friendly salon. Children must be able to sit by themselves to have services provided. For the safety of everyone we cannot service children who cry, scream or are unable to remain seated by themselves.


There is a small service fee for the use of credit cards.
